LONGISSIMUS DORSI
Remove one side of the lumbodorsal fascia in order to expose the longissimus dorsi.
The lumbodorsal fascia is very hard, white connective tissue. On one side, lift the tissue with your sharp probe (stick it into the tissue to lift it up). Take your scissors and cut the fascia.
- Carefully clip the fascia off of the underlying muscles. The longissimus dorsi will be just deep to the lumbodorsal fascia.
