1. Opening Image- This would be when they are describing the lore of the ring and how it was made and the story Isildur.
2. The Set-Up: This is when Gandalf comes to town and Frodo is talking about how every since Bilbo came back from his adventure he is no longer respectable. Frodo says that he would like to go on an adventure just like his uncle.
3. The Catalyst: This is when the ring is passed onto Frodo and they learn that it is the One Ring and Gandalf tells Frodo to take it to Rivendell.
4. The Debate: This is when Frodo and Sam have almost stepped over the border of the Shire and Sam is talking about how this will be the farthest they have ever been from home. Sam talks about how there is no going back after that.
5. The Choice (Act Two): This is when Frodo stands up and says that he will take the ring to Mordor and the Fellowship of the Ring is formed.
6. The B-Story: I would say that the B-Story is when Bilbo is asking if he could see the ring one more and you see how much the ring has changed him and Frodo contemplates if he is strong enough to bring the ring to Mordor without being corrupted.
7. The Promise of the Premise: This is when the Fellowship is traveling and there is just a whole bunch of shots of them traveling across the land and you can see every becoming more connected. For example when Borrimear is teaching Mary and Pippin how to sword fight.
8. The Midpoint: This is when they are up on the mountain and Saouroman is creating and a storm and making it challenging from them to make it over the pass and Gandalf decides to go into to the Mine of Moria even though he knows what is down there.
9. The Bad Guys Close In: This is when all the goblins have surrounded them but all of sudden they are scared by scarier and more powerful and the Fellowship starts running.
10. All is Lost: This is when the Balrog falls into the pit and takes Gandalf with him. The group struggles with how they are going to make it to Mordor know the their guide is gone.
11. The Dark Night of the Soul: This is when Frodo is in the wood elfs kingdom and the elf queen is having look in the water and see the future.
12. The Break Into Three( Act Three): This is when Frodo decides that he has to take the ring to Mordor alone and that he has to leave the group.
13. The Finale: This when Borrimear tries to take the ring from Frodo and Frodo runs away and the orks close in and kill Borrimear. This is also when Sam says he is going with Frodo and they sail across the lake together.
14. The Finale Image: It ends with Frodo and Sam standing on a bunch of rocks looking at Mount Doom in the distances.
